Hello, everyone! This machine is our latest product, the NJP1200D Fully Automatic Capsule Filling Machine. It has successfully solved the problem that the filling dose of various kinds of medicine is inaccurate. I am the designer of this machine, Ding Jinjin. I will show you the new functions and technologies of this machine.
First, let’s take a look at the capsule sowing device. The split-type design and the fully sealed structure protects the capsule from dropping into the drive chamber abnormally, thus ensuring the normal operation of the capsule sowing device.

Next, let me show you the filling device. This machine adopts a side tilting feeding device and the design of a special shaped and multi-curved powder blocking plate so that the medicine powder can be uniformly distributed in the powder storage room, the flow direction can be correct, then the flow is smooth and the filling quantity of the medicine is extremely accurate.
Next, this machine adopts an integrated module type ultra-precise rotary table which features small size, light load and long service life.
Finally, the machine parts and the hoop at the tube end possess uniform specifications so that the daily cleaning and maintenance is simple and convenient.
